How do you recover from the worst days of our lives? Unfortunately, we are all going to experience terrible times in life! With David we can see a pattern for how to deal with this in a way that leads to recovery! We need to feel the pain of the worst times in life. The problem is we don’t want to. We avoid pain at all costs.
