    In many spaces these days, "ah-ha moments" are all the hype.

     

    While shifting mindset is important, mindset alone is not enough to shift your actual physical circumstances. 

    Time and time again I am witnessing spiritual seekers who are stuck on the "ah-ha moment" roller coaster without creating new results. For some odd reason we have gotten away from measuring the effectiveness of a thing by the results it has created.
