Mia begins the show talking about her love/hate relationship with wrestling. Wrestling really took over her life when rolling on the mats with her little brother during Covid. Mia had an inspirational reason to work hard and she speaks about being a Superhero to Noah. Shepard takes us through her rollercoaster ride of a high school wrestling career and how it got her to this point. Mia thoroughly talks about winning Reno Worlds using that justification to her being down because she had her senior regionals and state stripped. Mia discusses fan-girling over the explosion of women's wrestling. Mia just completed her first year in the NCWA competing for U.N.L.V by becoming a Natty Champ at 117 lbs.

Ricky opens up about his baseball journey. Ricky discusses the MLB and talks on topics regarding the Yankees. Ricky also gets to distinguish the differences of Las Vegas Living compared to Illinois Living (where he played in college). Ricky used baseball to get a step ahead in life. We learn that Ricky is the symbol of heart because of his work ethic and dedication to believing he could accomplish his dream.

Izzi and Daniel open the dialogue with a handful of the sports that Izzi had competed in. Izzi is the first guest that does NoT have a singular dominant sport instead, she is a multi-sport athlete. Izzi constantly chased the hunger for becoming the best in multiple athletic avenues and ultimately found her sound in women's wrestling.
