About this listen

Caryn is the founder of White Cloud Institute. She incorporates more than 50 years of study in the areas of counseling, bodywork, and healing. Her teaching and training has taken her around the world. Caryn is a Senior Universal Healing Tao Instructor. She has enjoyed teaching Qigong and Meditation since 2000. She is the Author of “The Mountain Path” and “Sunrise, Daoist Practices for Women”, in addition to several DVDs, CDs and students workbooks.
