About this listen

This meditation is a sacred invitation to open your heart, release what no longer serves you, and welcome joy back into your life — all with the gentle support of ceremonial-grade cacao from Pacha Mana.

Thank you to Pacha Mana Cacao for sponsoring this meditation. I am so grateful to be collaborating with them because their cacao is lovingly grown and harvested in the sacred lands of Peru by farmers who honor both the Earth and the ancient traditions of cacao. Every sip carries the wisdom of generations who have known cacao as a true heart medicine.

If you’d like to fully immerse yourself in this experience, I encourage you to prepare your own cup of Pacha Mana Ceremonial Cacao to enjoy as you listen.

You can order yours here.
