Charity is a veteran homeschool mom who now volunteers her time as Treasurer for CHEA of CA, a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote, protect and provide support for private Christian home education in California. Charity began her homeschool journey when the oldest of their five children began kindergarten in 1990. In 2015, after the youngest graduated from high school, Charity remained active in the homeschool community as one of the administrators of the PSP in which her children were enrolled. In that role she became well familiar with CHEA’s Support Network which connects homeschool leaders across the state. Charity is grateful to be part of CHEA’s involvement in supporting homeschoolers through the conventions and other activities provided by CHEA.
