Local man Cenguiz Ilhan was in the studio with Rod talking about a recent "trek" he did to the basecamp of Mount Everest some 5000 metres above sea-level. It involved a program of readiness activities in the UK and also an 'interesting' journey to Nepal. In the course of doing it he raised money for Disability Positive based in Nantwich and Bridgend Centre .
