Her deep insights into the world of venture capital was developed in her role as Chief of Staff and Operations Partner at Black Nova. Jo is also a startup coach and mentor for organizations such as Blackbird Giants and Techstars. Passionate about building businesses from the ground up, Jo is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders to reach their full potential.
