Mike Field lets us know that another up-and-coming young actress had already recorded all of the dialogue for the role of Penny, before Miley came in and before that Bolt was an entirely different film altogether. Also the Mikes do a lot of talking about dogs. Sorry cat people...they all have dog complexes anyway.
