She educates us on Epigenetics and what it means for past traumas of our ancestors to still weigh on us years later. To not take your elders for granted and ask them about their past, how they were raised, and they hardships the had to endure that may be so different from todays society. Angel informs us of a few reasons why gene expression is important and how it shows up in generational curses as well as some of our medical diagnosis. Again we are urged to seek mental healthcare, educate ourselves, and our ancestors along the way.
