    Tre Lamb serves as the head football coach at Gardner-Webb University. Football coaching is deeply ingrained in his family. His grandfather, uncle, and dad were all football coaches and were big influences in his life. Before Gardner-Webb, Lamb was the Quarterback Coach at Tennessee Tech and later became Offensive Coordinator. His strong showing in that role earned him his current head coaching job. Coach Lamb discusses what it's like to be a young head coach, leading and setting an example of work/life balance, differences he has noticed transitioning from offensive coordinator to head coach, and who his mentors have been along the way.
