Chris Miller, (MSN, MS, RN) created a program to mentor new nurse leaders transitioning to the assistant nurse manager, nurse manager, or nurse director roles.
Brandi Rawlins (MSN, RN, CMSRN) and Michelle Pittman (BSN, RN, CMSRN) created a program to mentor nurses in the new graduate residency program.
