 Let us tell you a little bit about why we're doing this and what the purpose of beneath the wing. The place we work and serve is pretty special to a lot of us, and while the mission and tasks we do are important, it's the relationships and people that really make a difference. I'm a big leadership development guy, and the more I've learned, the more I've realized that connection to each other matters more than rules and regulations.
