Doch das Naturparadies ist bedroht. Ohne Schutzstatus könnte hier in Zukunft gebaut werden. Deshalb bringt die ÖDP einen Stadtratsantrag ein, um das Gebiet offiziell als Landschaftsschutzgebiet auszuweisen und die heutige Nutzung für Naherholung, Artenvielfalt, Landwirtschaft und Klima zu sichern.
