About this listen
Childhood was full of adventure,it never had to be sought out or actively practiced, it happened daily, without thought or much effort, but as we grow the art of adventure begins to shrink.
Beau Miles wanted to keep the magic of childhood and adventure in his everyday, and has managed to carve out a life as a professional adventurer, combining his work as a filmmaker and his love of play.
Beau believes that adventuring is a personal challenge, and requires us to step out of our comfort zone to embark on an adventure, but they don’t have to be big or complex to be worthwhile.
Although Beau’s adventures have consisted of running a marathon in a hotel, and running abandoned railway lines, and has led to him amassing a global audience on Youtube, he will inspire you to inject more play, curiosity and adventure into your own life.
