After big wins over Wisconsin and Georgia, Bama looked like a playoff team and a contender for the natty! But looks proved to be deceiving as the issues for this team were exposed in the coming weeks after strong 4-0 start to the season. Surprisingly, Bama finished the season 5-4 after that strong 4-0 start and would miss the playoffs and lose its bowl game in a terrible offensive showing.
