We live in a world where distractions, healthy and unhealthy, have become the drug of choice used by many to forget their problems. Afterall, today's distractions are just a internet search away in many instances, whether that be in the form of gossip, sex, Netflix, or a laundry list of other options. No one is immune to distrations, however there has to be a balance if you are someone whose goal in life is to succeed at all cost.
