 I reached out to Gal ahead of his fight with SBW on JULY 16th to come down and have a chat and watch him train. We got to watch the back end of his session and then he did an open media day. We took the camera down and filmed a vlog which you can watch on YouTube but I also wanted to add the bonus interview on the audio platforms for you guys that like to listen in the car etc.
