Today's episode is all about how to awaken your sacred self care—and we're going to start with the beginning, which is finding a way to trust your spirit.

When you're feeling overwhelmed, it can be really tempting to just throw yourself into work or other activities. But if you don't take time for yourself and give your mind a break, then you're just going to get more and more tired. And that's when the whole thing starts spiraling out of control.

So step one is simply recognizing that there's a problem and taking action before things get too out of hand. That's where we want to focus today: How do we start trusting our instincts? How do we change our environments so that they work for us instead of against us? How do we stop worrying and give our minds a break so that we can truly listen and learn from our spiritual selves?
