I dagens avsnitt har vi panelsamtal kopplat till resultatet av en MTO-studie som genomförts av MTO Säkerhet AB på uppdrag av SJ Stockholmståg. MTO står för Människa, Teknik och Organisation. Syftet med studien var att undersöka lokförarnas arbetssituation efter att pendeltågen i oktober 2023 blev helt enbemannade, ett skifte som inneburit förändringar i förarnas dagliga arbete.
Lyssna när paneldeltagarna Tomas Sibbmark, Chef Trafik på SJ Stockholmståg, Kimberly Barth, Lokförare och huvudskyddsombud på SJ Stockholmståg samt Olle Granat, ansvarig för studien på MTO Säkerhet, diskuterar de rekommendationer som framkom under studien och vad de innebär för lokförarens arbetssituation.
