1991 arbeitete Österreich mit der ehemaligen Sowjetunion am Projekt Austromir. Franz Viehböck durfte als erster - und bisher einziger - Österreicher in einem Raumschiff ins All fliegen und eine Raumstation besuchen. Im ersten Teil der Doppelfolge sprechen wir darüber, wie die Mission entstand, den Auswahlprozess und Kunst auf der Raumstation.
