 "Languishing" beschreibt einen Zustand zwischen Depression und blühendem Wohlbefinden, der durch Gefühle von Leere, Stagnation und einem Mangel an Freude und Motivation gekennzeichnet ist. Es ist ein Zustand, in dem man zwar nicht krank ist, aber auch nicht wirklich gesund ist. Wir sprechen heute um diesen "Bereich dazwischen". Und dann gehen wir in eine längere Sommerpause. Im August sind wir dann aber gut erholt zurück.
