About this listen
Since entering the workforce right after high school, I've been told to be more "aggressive" in the workplace...
Not loud or pushy, but intentional. In other words, to make yourself known, which can be really uncomfortable! Especially because we're young and inexperienced.
During a recent work trip to Tampa, that advice finally clicked. "Be aggressive. Ask for what you want."
In this episode, I shared how one ask got the Decision Day logo on the Jumbotron at an NFL stadium! As well as how impactful confidence, assertiveness and persistence can be.
As you enter the working world, keep this mindset in mind... 🌟
