If you're a movement teacher, if you do musculoskeletal rehab, if you're a mover and you're curious about your own body, I'll answer your questions. I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science, and a Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation). Plus, I just love to research on Google scholar.     Pain in the bottom (plantar) part of the foot, especially at the place where the heel merges into the arch, is called plantar heel pain, plantar fasciitis or plantar fasciopathy.
