About this listen
In this monthly Healthy Her segment, host Amelia Phillips answers listener questions. This episode covers the questions:
- Fran Davis over Insta: I can’t tell if collagen makes a difference, Can you recommend one to take?
- Delina Harreen: How do you keep it all together ie. work, family, home etc without getting burnt out?
- Carolyn Brenner: I’ve just been told I have low bone density, I don’t yet have osteoporosis but apparently I’m close. This was quite surprising as I’ve exercised my whole life, so my question is what are the best exercises to build my bone density and how do I know if it’s working? I’m 46 years young.
