I want to ask you about Satanism. When I was in college, my roommate was a Satanist. I never really asked her what that meant. I just knew that she was super nice. Growing up Christian I felt like I should have been worried about her and her potential influence on me…. But honestly, she had a strong moral and ethical compass. I never felt like I needed to worry about anything. I was wondering what witches think about Satanists. Thank you! Looking forward to hearing from you! As my roommate would say, Hail Satan!

It was great meeting you at Blessed Be Tea and Apothecary the other day. While I was there, we got to talking about divination and tarot. While I felt like a lot of my questions were answered, you suggested I write a letter to the podcast so that an expert might weigh in on the topic, so here ya go.

I have always felt drawn to practicing divination through tarot card readings, but I am completely overwhelmed. Do I have to start with a specific kind of deck, like the Rider Waite deck, or can I choose one that has artwork I like. Am I even allowed to buy my own deck, or does it have to be gifted to me? I don’t want to be attached to the guide book that comes with the deck, how can I learn to read fluently without the guide? and What is the difference between oracle decks, and tarot decks? Ugh so many questions, I really could keep going, but I think that’s a good start.
