She invited me to be on her live morning television program to speak about our festival coming up over the weekend. She told me she was very simply ‘a spiritual person’. I began to realize that she was confused about who God was. Added on top of her confusion was a sense of fear and uncertainty.
As I shared my story of grief to hope, I told her that I needed someone bigger than my grief, and I found truth and hope in Jesus. John 1 tells us that the Light of the world, that’s Jesus, has come, and in Him is life, and this Light shines in the darkness.
Do you consider yourself a spiritual person? You can turn to the Light right now. The Light is Jesus.
Always remember, there is hope with God.
