Steps to disengage your negative self-talk:


  1. Self awareness- start to recognize what you say and think about yourself
  2. Write down the negative thoughts
  3. Use your feelings and emotions to help you recognize when these thoughts are happening
  4. Rewrite these negative thoughts and flip them on their head so they become a positive affirmation
  5. Read them out-loud to yourself and use these when you do have a negative thought or feelings

  4. Helping others feel better about themselves
  5. You will experience more life and more joy
