In this episode I share a story about a recent experience I had at a breathwork event and how all the 'bells and whistles' diminished the experience. I talk about the influence of social media luring and enchanting people into healing spaces that fail to create a safe space to heal.
I dive into some thoughts around authenticity and integrity, the lack of wise and embodied teachers in our world, and the dilution of healing practices because of social media's influence in entertaining the masses, rather than safely guiding clients/participants/students through life changing healing.
I also eat a little bit of humble pie and laugh at my own humanity.
