Scott was most recently Head of Private Sector at Behavioral Insights Team (BIT), Americas. Earlier, he was at BVA Nudge Consulting and spent 20+ years leading Perception Research Services, a global shopper insights agency. Today, Scott is an Advisor and guest lecturer at the London School of Economics (LSE), the University of Pennsylvania's MBDS program, and the University of Chicago Booth’s Executive Education program in Behavioral Economics. He's also a Board Member of BeScy, a non-profit dedicated to promoting applied behavioral science, where he hosts a monthly Practitioners Group.

Dr. Wendel is an applied behavioral scientist who helps companies and organizations effectively use behavioral science for social good. His current company is sistemaFutura, which drives behavioral change to address complex business and social challenges. Before co-founding sistemaFutura, he led the behavioral science efforts at Morningstar, HelloWallet and Busara, developing and field-testing hundreds of interventions. He founded the international non-profit organization Bescy, and has authored three books on applied behavioral science, including Designing for Behavior Change, a textbook now in its second edition.

Ciarán is a behavioral scientist and exercise physiologist whose work has focused on leveraging behavioral design and digital tools to better understand and influence health behaviors and disease outcomes. With over 15 years of experience of practically applying behavioural science in business, Jez has established himself as one of the world's leading practitioners in the field. As a pioneer, Jez has always been on the frontlines of behavioural science, from being instrumental in the team that used murals of babies faces to fight crime in Woolwich, to changing handwashing behaviour in a pig abattoir in Santiago to painting pink walls to reduce unsafe behaviour on a construction site for Shell on the South Bank of London.
