As I said last week, and in keeping with my theme of talking about the things that matter most to regular people, I have found some news articles that do have an impact on everyday life for most Americans. How it is set up across the country as far as private, public or a co-op, the frailty of it all and what that might mean for the average consumer, depending on the state they live in.
