 Heute geht es bei unseren Sabbelköppen Lars und Thomas um das Thema Alkohol. Seit schätzungsweise 7.000 oder 9.000 Jahren ist Alkohol Teil unserer Kultur. Alkohol wurde wertvoll für uns. Als Ersatz für verschmutztes Wasser, sogar als Zahlungsmittel oder Belohnung wurden alkoholische Getränke eingesetzt. Heute wissen wir, dass Ethanol (das ist der chemische Name für unseren Trink-Alkohol) in unserem Körper in Gift umgewandelt wird. Wir wissen über die vielen Gefahren des Rauschgifts bescheid und das Alkohol ein mächtiges Suchtmittel ist - und dennoch kommt die Gesellschaft nicht davon los. Alkoholische Getränke gehören zu jeder Feier dazu und wer nicht mittrinkt, wird oft schief angesehen.
