About this listen

In this episode, I share how grounding into Alignment moved me from anxious doing to grounded being—and how you can too.

Instead of chasing accomplishment, I chose to cultivate the feelings I truly wanted first: grounded, confident, aligned, and connected. Choosing the path of aligned energy first allowed me to make aligned decisions from my heart instead of chasing solutions anxiously in my mind.

We’ll talk about:

  • Why change can feel unsettling—or like a fresh canvas of unlimited possibility

  • How to align your energy with God and build the new instead of fighting the old

  • The difference between operating from strategy vs. alignment in family and business

  • Why your energy is your greatest asset in every decision you make

  • How creating a “to-be list” is more powerful than any to-do list

My intention this week was simple: show me how to see this differently. And the reminder came—results flow from BE-ing first.

Quotes:

  • “The secret to change is to spend all your time not fighting the old, but building the new.” —Dan Millman

  • “Old things pass away, and all things become new in Christ.” —2 Corinthians 5:17
