Speaking of cocktails, today Matthew is drinking Pecan Whiskey Sour while Ben is drinking a Strawberry Vaquiri. Recipes below.
Pecan Whiskey Sour- 2 oz Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Pecan Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Maple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Strawberry Vaquiri
- 1 oz Strawberry infused vodka
- 1 oz Rum
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with fresh or candied strawberries.
