About this listen
Fergus Crawley joins our host Rachel McTavish to discuss his mental health experiences.
Here’s a bit more about Fergus…
Fergus Crawley survived a suicide attempt in 2016. He has since raised over £100k for mental health charities through a variety of campaigns focused on encouraging conversation and action around mental health. Fergus is also an athlete in both strength and endurance sports – and, to name just a few examples, has ran from Loch Lomond to Edinburgh, as well being the 182nd person to lift the 332kg Highland Games Dinnie Stones in Potarch, Aberdeenshire. Fergus, in his own words, aims to redefine resilience in the modern world.
