In todays episode we talk about how you are the only one who can truly make changes to your life. It can all seem overwhelming looking at the big picture but you just need to break it up into smaller steps and start with step 1. The hardest thing may be starting but after that, you get to decide the direction you want to go. Go after your dreams and goals, the longer you wait the more time is going to keep passing by. Change can be uncomfortable but what is worse is wondering about the "what ifs" and regretting not changing sooner.
