• Episode 77- Pre-conversation with Rishin Shah about the Relationships between Patients and Providers.
    Feb 15 2026
In this episode, I had a pre-conversation with Rishin Shah about the relationships between patients and providers' medical treatments. We also discussed the importance of billers having conversations with medical billers to ensure claims are billed and coded correctly. Millions of providers don't have conversations with their medical billers, coders, or AR specialists. We also discuss the importance of you taking care of your overall health and wellness internally and externally. The importance of understanding how the mind, body, and spirit work together when it comes to your health and wellness. The importance of taking care of your heart. #healing #recoveryjourney #healthylifestyle #WellnessJourney

    Feb 8 2026
In this episode, I had a pre-conversation with Ari Rastegar about business and success despite failures, trauma, pain, illnesses, diseases, ups and downs, and many other negative things. Many things that will or have happened, that will or have led us to our greatness, and our true happiness and purpose. Most people think that success is based on products and services. But being successful should be based on being healthy both internally and externally, mentally, in relationships, and spiritually. • Episode 74 - How to heal and recover when it comes to your internal and external health?
    Feb 2 2026
In this episode, I talk about how to heal and recover when it comes to your internal and external health. I was on vacation on a cruise for seven days on the Margaritaville at Sea Islander, and what I discovered while I was on a vacations, that changed everything as far as the way I look at health and wellness internally and externally when it comes to healing and recovery. There are millions of people that are dying due to not being able to get diagnosed before the illness and disease becomes irreversible. I had somebody that was going to the doctor every 30 days that was admitted to the emergency room, and found out they had stage four cancer and only had four weeks to live and died into. That situation changed my whole perspective when it comes to the way that I looked at the way our health system is. And while I was on that cruise, I noticed that when I was away from the United States, I actually felt way better than I did when I’m back at home. I decided I wanted to take the time to talk about it on this podcast.

  • Episode 73- My Pre-Conversation with William Person about CTE, Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy.
    Feb 1 2026
My Conversation With William Person about CTE, Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy. We continue our discussion about the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and his determination to help others access these life-changing treatments. He goes more in-depth about CTE, and how it could be the reason for multiple mental, behavioral, and social illnesses and diseases like autism, Alzheimer's, dementia, Asperger's, and more. We discussed opening a nonprofit CTE Recovery Center offering HBOT and other therapies, completely free for athletes and veterans in multiple states. We talk about how millions suffer from and don't get a diagnosis until they pass away, and an autopsy is done. How he worked in the industry in movies like Any Given Sunday with Jamie Fox, and Jerry Maguire with Tom Cruise and Cuba Gooding Jr.? How does the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy work with multiple different illnesses and diseases like cancer, chronic pain, CRPS, diabetes, and more? How many millions of people with CTE kill themselves every day? What causes and symptoms of CTE? How did he know that he had CTE? He’s deeply passionate about sharing what saved his life, warning others about the silent dangers of head traumas, and advocating for healing resources before it’s too late. CTE is something that a lot of people do not talk about when it comes to brain damage, concussions, Alzheimer’s, and dementia, which needs to be talked about. #ChronicTraumaticEncephalopathy #chronicillnessawareness #chronicpain

  • Episode 72- My Conversation with Christopher Zdenek about the Healing the Connection Between the Mind, Body and Spirit.
    Jan 25 2026
In this episode, I had a conversation with Christopher Zdenek about the healing connection between the Mind, Body, and Spirit. We also talked about consciousness when it comes to our thoughts and beliefs, and the subconscious when it comes to our feelings. How to balance the mind, body, and spirit when it comes to making the right decisions, choices, actions, and behavior? We also talked about what happens when the mind and body are not connected, and the damage that it will do to you. We also talked about the nervous system when it comes to how the mind and body communicate with each other. How anxiety isn't about the mental, but also the physical? How does each one affect and impact you differently? The Importance of your understanding of how and what choices and decisions impact and affect you internally and externally, physically. Even though the mind wants to do something, it doesn't mean that the body wants to do it. And how even though the body feels something, it doesn't mean that the mind may not understand why the body feels, as far as basing what we do and act based on how we feel?

  • Episode 71- My pre-conversation with Christopher Zdenek about Matrix Theory.
    Jan 18 2026
In this episode, I had a pre-conversation with Christopher Zdenek about the connection between the mind, body, and spirit when it comes to health and wellness. We also about economics when it comes to how societal standards, government, and relationships play a big role in choices, decisions, actions, and behavior when it comes to how the mind and body are impacted and affected negatively, as far as illnesses, diseases, and chronic pain. We also talked about the movie The Matrix, when it comes to the red and blue pills, as far as what they mean. A little about Chris: he is a formally trained architect with a deep understanding of anatomy, years of experience in aikido, and meditation. Through this, I’ve learned to see and feel the energy flows not only within the body but also through workspaces and designs. My work led me to invent Open Systems Seating and was the first to outline the two worlds of workstation setup, focusing on how the environment subtly shapes every aspect of health. I’ve helped people in Silicon Valley and beyond make simple changes to their setup that boost blood flow, reduce stress, and truly improve happiness and resilience, aligning with your podcast’s philosophy of uncovering true wellness beneath the surface. I can't wait to do the podcast coming soon.
