In this episode, I sit down with astrologer, herbalist, and movement practitioner Cameron Allen. We first crossed paths earlier this year at the FAA conference on the Gold Coast, and it felt like one of those instant recognitions—someone you haven’t met, but already know.
This conversation is the first of two. It’s more of a landing—an invitation to meet Cameron and listen in on the threads he’s weaving together. We touch on embodiment, herbal medicine, medical astrology, Unani Tibb, and the ways in which ancient healing traditions from the so-called West have been fragmented or forgotten. We also speak about temperament theory, dream healing, the inner physician, and the marriage between logic and intuition.
Second house themes run in the background throughout: value, body, practice, and how we care for ourselves and others. The next episode will move more consciously into the third house terrain. But for now, this is a beginning—open-ended, relational, and full of possibility.
