About this listen

 Monique Melsen is 73 years old and an artist with a long career. She is best known for her participation in the Eurovision Song Contest in Dublin in 1971 with the song Pomme, pomme, pomme. She has been one of the few Luxembourgers to represent her country in the contest. It was an adventure that left a deep impression on her, as she had to pass a casting where votes were cast by postcard ! After Eurovision, she continued her career as a singer and was part of a cabaret group, Cabarenert. Tali is 24 years old and will be representing Luxembourg at this year's Eurovision in Malmö. Audrey Somnard talks to them about the evolution of the competition. Together, they compare the preparations for the world's biggest TV talent show.
