Today's guest has been a Psychotherapist and Couples Therapist for 35 years and trained 7 years ago in Calling in The One and Conscious Uncoupling Love and Relationship Coaching.

She has co-written a programme called Couples Coaching for a Lifetime of Love to help new couples create their relationship on a good footing from the beginning.

She has received a Top 20 Relationship Coach award for 2022 from Coach Foundation and has written for or been the quoted expert on both mental health and relationships in national and international publications – Cosmopolitan, The Telegraph, Marie-Claire, Metro, Redonline, The Express, Women’s Health, Stylist, Women’s Own and Woman and Home.

She host's the podcast, “Revolutionise Your Love Life” and is preparing a TedTalk on “How to Have a Successful Relationship”

She is part of a world-wide network of coaches headed by Katherine Woodward Thomas focusing on raising the quality of relationships and leadership from a loving perspective and is a mentor and support coach in her coach trainings and public workshops.

She is also Co-Director of The Counselling & Psychotherapy Centre in Swindon, UK.
