About this listen

In this episode I have the honour to talk with poet Alfred Lamotte, who has been a friend of mine for several years. Alfred’s poetry for me is the frequency of true heart connection, they act as rudders to take me back to my true self and I come back to them time and time again. He reads several out while we talk, I hope you love them as much as I do.

Take a few breaths before you watch, get a cuppa, and slow down. I promise you, if you give this your full attention, that when it is over, you will be back in your heart once more.

About Alfred LaMotte:

For many years an interfaith chaplain, meditation teacher, college instructor in Philosophy, now mentoring individuals & groups in the heart of silence and the soul of the poem.
