About this listen

In Part 2 of our hormone series with guest Dr. Khadija Douglas, Naturopath and owner of Infinite Wellness, we take deep dive into postpartum hormones!

Many new moms know that their hormones take a hit after baby is born, but do you know how to best support your body during this time? At about 6 weeks postpartum and beyond, there are specific tests that can be done to check your levels to support your healing and help you feel your best, even if you aren't getting much sleep. Being a new mom doesn't mean you have to feel exhausted and depleted all the time!
