2024年2月、味の素からフライパン一つで本格的なパスタを作れるキューブタイプのパスタ用調味料『パスタキューブ』が発売された。発売から半年で約800万食を売り上げ、3月のCM放送期間中には競合ひしめくパスタソース部門で売り上げ1位を獲得する大ヒット商品となっている。
