Caitlin Solomon is an educator with a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction, a lacrosse and field hockey coach, and certified yoga instructor. Diagnosed with chronic lyme disease in college, Caitlin talks about resilience, vulnerability, and transparency, in dealing with daily challenges. Caitlin found herself and found strength in yoga and applies mindfulness techniques to her students and players to make them better. In this episode, we are reminded about the importance of being there for others, showing up for them, and the immense impact that can make on the next generation of leaders.
