 Dean Okai Snr is the founder of the African Diaspora Public Affairs Committee CIC, which is the culmination of 27 years of his advocacy and entrepreneurial experience. ADPAC is an umbrella established to coordinate the British African/Caribbean grassroots organisations, advocates, professionals and influencers. His five-year journey of analysing the socio-economic conditions of the population and consultation across professionals in specific disciplines has brought about relationships that solidify our umbrella.
