Keskusta pyörittää Suomen Sukellushistoriallinen yhdistys ja takana on myös Luksia ammattisukelluskoulu ja Lohjan Oppaat ry. Yhdistyksen aktiivi Ralf Strandell lähti meille oppaaksi tähän jaksoon.
