About this listen

Once upon a time, a poor, hungry man was walking along a dusty pathway when he spotted something glittering in the dirt — a bright red stone. Curious, he picked it up and decided to take it to the king.

The king, upon seeing the stone, was overjoyed. It was no ordinary gem — it was a precious and rare jewel. In gratitude, the king rewarded the man with a large sum of gold and bought the stone. He then gifted it to the queen, who placed it in a small ornate box and kept it safely on a shelf, treasuring it above all else.

For twelve long years, the stone lay undisturbed. One day, the king asked the queen to bring it to him, just to ensure it was still safe. The queen fetched the box, but when she opened it, the stone was gone — and in its place sat a small boy!

Bewildered, she took the box to the king. As they watched, the boy grew at an astonishing speed until he stood before them as a handsome young man. But the king, suspicious and angry at this strange magic, banished the youth from the palace, though he gave him a horse and a sword......let's listen to the story.
