ルーズな結合とタイトな結合のそれぞれのメリット・デメリットを考える。この２つをハイブリッドのように組み合わせていく。シチュエーションによってルーズな結合とタイトな結合を分けてやる、あるいは両方を組み合わせることが重要ということでしょうか。私は、在宅医療現場では特にそういう視点が必要ではないかと考えています。
