今回は、ベンヤミンから話が広がります。そして驚きのエンディングへ…！
究極：ベンヤミンは好きです。すごく影響を受けたというか、やっぱり暴力批判論。暴力批判論を、2001年の911の時に読書会をあかねでやったんですけど。そういった思い出があって、よく読み返しますね。
要は、破局的なマシンっていうか、どう止めるのかっていうお話なんですよね。
破局的なマシンってもうそのまま、破滅に向かって突き進む。さっきの進歩の話しじゃないけれど、止まらない。
そうした時に何が止めるのかっつったら、放棄することっていうか。仕事放棄すること。止めることみたいな。
小森：だめ連的な。
究極：そうそう、一気に止めちゃうみたいな。神的な暴力とかって。要するに神、その神の所業として止める。
例えばま気候変動もそうだし、戦争どうやって止まるのかなとか言ったら、一気に何かが止まるっていう、何かが起きるのではないかということに期待をかけるしかない、止まらないんじゃないか。
小森：止まる止まらないで言ったら僕は止まらないと実は思っていて、安吾じゃないですけど、もう落ちるところまで落ちるとは思ってるんです。大変だよね、それはそれでね。
