Das Konzept des Therapeutischen Gammelns ist vor einigen Jahren entstanden. Nun traut sich eine stationäre Pflegeeinrichtung in Marl erstmals in Deutschland das Konzept in die Praxis zu überführen. Das Julie-Kolb-Seniorenzentrum der Arbeiterwohlfahrt lebt seit Mai 2023 den Ansatz des Therapeutischen Gammelns auf einem segregierten Bereich für 14 Bewohner mit Demenz.
In diesem Podcast schildern die Akteure vor Ort, wie sie die Implementierung des Konzepts erlebt haben und, welchen Effekt sie auf Seiten der Bewohner, aber auch der Mitarbeiter, beobachten können.
